Develop a unified dashboard to streamline access to the three applications, enhancing employee productivity, reducing redundant tasks, and integrating key features like task management, performance tracking, and HR management for a seamless user experience.

Design Process
Conducted user research to identify workflow pain points, developed modular wireframes, and prototyped an intuitive, minimalist interface. The design featured quick-access menus, colour-coded systems, and responsive layouts for improved navigation and task prioritisation.

Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO), integrated task management across apps, real-time performance tracking, customisable widgets, and system-wide notifications, allowing employees to personalise the dashboard based on their most frequently used tools and actions.
Future Enhancements
Plans for future iterations include incorporating data analytics features for deeper performance insights and AI-driven task prioritization to further improve user experience and decision-making across the HR, project management, and performance-tracking functions.
